Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our operations in Singapore. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruitment professional who is passionate about enterprise software and has a strong history of building effective teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with senior leadership and project managers to align on strategic hiring needs.
  2. Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract SAP consulting professionals at both local and regional levels.
  3. Conduct thorough technical evaluations and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural compatibility.
  4. Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and functional roles, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  5. Develop and nurture a robust network of SAP and consulting professionals to address current and future hiring needs.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics to refine talent acquisition strategies.
  7. Initiate creative recruitment campaigns, including employer branding and talent acquisition events, to enhance our visibility as a preferred employer in the SAP domain.
  8. Manage collaborations with external recruitment agencies and partners as part of the overall hiring strategy.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities for relevant business units.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of conveying the unique advantages of available opportunities.
  2. A minimum of three years of demonstrated success in recruiting SAP and enterprise software professionals.
  3. Familiarity with various SAP modules, technologies, and certifications.
  4. Technical proficiency to evaluate candidates on a deep technical level.
  5. Understanding of global SAP talent markets, salary benchmarks, and competitive environments.
  6. Experience with applicant tracking systems and knowledge of relevant employment guidelines is advantageous.
  7. A degree or equivalent qualification is required.
