  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the selection, installation, and maintenance of valves, seals, pump products, or related equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies relevant to valves, seals, pumps, and related products.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to clients as needed. Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a technical account management or customer-facing role, preferably in the oil and gas, chemical processing, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of valves, seals, pumps, or related equipment and their applications within industrial settings.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. Supports Texas, Louisiana, Gulf Cost Region(s).
