Job Description:

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies and operations to foster sustainable growth. We are seeking a candidate with a strategic outlook and a proven background in financial management within the SaaS industry, with an emphasis on scalability, efficiency, and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize financial strategies to align with the company's objectives while managing financial risks.
  • Supervise all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, planning, treasury, tax, legal, and auditing.
  • Provide guidance to the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and cash flow analyses.
  • Drive financial planning by evaluating performance and risks.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's financial standing and take proactive measures to mitigate issues.
  • Oversee financial IT systems and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and company policies.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners and investors.
  • Identify and assess new investment opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize costs and boost revenue.
  • Regularly report financial status and progress to the board and shareholders.
Requirements:
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of corporate financial regulations and risk management practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience with financial management software and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Background in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
  • Preferably hold an MBA or relevant certification like CFA.
  • Prior experience as a CFO or in a similar role, particularly in a high-growth SaaS company.
