Key Responsibilities:


Enhance and refine reporting and analytical processes for the International Consumer division, focusing primarily on maximizing Free Cash Flow globally.

Drive increased efficiency and precision through automation, process enhancements, and error prevention strategies.

Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including various category finance teams, other FP&A units, operations, technology, supply chain, and senior leadership within Consumer and Consumer Finance.

Facilitate reporting and analysis for Consumer International, emphasizing the growth and optimization of free cash flow across all regions.

Perform financial and data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to extract and present insights from extensive data sets.

Support the Free Cash Flow planning process, ensuring that initiatives are integrated and reflected in each country's strategic plan through structured performance management.

Assist in automating and streamlining reporting across International consumer divisions by creating interactive dashboards.

Excel in an environment that encourages the establishment of ambitious goals, business strategies, and financial plans, while aiding the organization in achieving these objectives.

Enhance communication among countries to improve oversight and visibility for corporate senior leadership.

Contribute to the development of auditing mechanisms and processes that guarantee profitability enhancements to the Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet.

Foster team development by providing guidance and mentorship to finance team members. Aid in the implementation of reporting tools to optimize management and financial reporting processes. Define business and functional requirements, and develop functional specifications. Design and implement financial systems to automate and generate management and financial reports. Lead and inspire teams of professionals with varied skills and backgrounds. Actively engage in meetings, drive the development of work products, and mentor junior team members. Assist finance functions in becoming more effective and efficient by understanding current processes and facilitating improvements and automation for future states. Supervise 1 Financial Analyst and 1 Senior Financial Analyst. Approximately 15% of time may involve domestic travel. Partial telecommuting is permitted; employees will be required to report to the office multiple days per week.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $169,166/year to $207,000/year

Basic Qualifications:

Position Requirements:


A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Math, or a related field, along with 1 year of finance experience.

Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Math, or a related field, coupled with 3 years of finance experience.

Experience must include 1 year of involvement with each of the following:
(1) updating and developing comprehensive financial models; (2) analyzing business and financial performance; (3) managing cross-functional financial research initiatives, including idea generation and integrating research findings into compelling, in-depth reports; (4) overseeing systems implementation from requirement gathering to deployment; (5) finance, accounting, business processes, and financial systems; and (6) leading transformation initiatives.#0000
