Financial Analyst II

We are seeking an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven individual to fill the position of Financial Analyst II. In this role, you will support the Merchant Services Finance team by producing and delivering financial and operational analysis that will enhance the efficiency and predictability of our Seller Support Contact Centers, thereby boosting customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting internal customer groups and controllers in all finance and accounting matters, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and control. You will also work with functional leaders and other finance partners to build scalable financial processes and business metrics. You will be expected to provide financial and business analysis to site leaders and business partners, including cost-saving and process improvement recommendations, and assist in strategic operational planning. You will also write systems queries to gather finance data and perform data mining and analysis.
Hard Skills- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant finance experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Cognos and SQL
- Ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
- Advanced excel and analysis skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Strong desire to exceed expectations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management
This is a contract position with a duration of 22 Weekly with possibility of extension and conversion.
Work EnvironmentThe position operates on a Monday to Friday, 9-5 schedule. You will be expected to work onsite for 3 days, with the option to work remotely for the remaining 2 days. The role is within the Finance business group, supporting devices in product development in financials. You will have support and control in cost of creating products.
