Position Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer will be instrumental in defining our financial vision and operational framework to ensure sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including partners and investors.
  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, providing insights on potential returns and associated risks.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize cost structures and improve revenue channels.
  • Regularly communicate financial status and progress to the board and shareholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of corporate financial regulations and risk management practices.
  • Expertise in data analysis and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on empowering teams through data-driven insights.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a similar role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
