Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners to promote the Hilton Honors loyalty program and grow engagement.
Work with the strategic partnerships, CRM, and creative studio teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and partner contributions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
How you will collaborate with others:Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure that partner marketing initiatives resonate with our target audience.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep our partner marketing strategy innovative and relevant.
What projects) you will take ownership of: Write strategic marketing and creative briefs for campaign development, work closely with our internal creative studio to develop all necessary campaign assets and Hilton channel partner teams for implementation and execution. WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

Five (5) years of marketing experience
Experience managing the development of complex marketing campaigns from creative briefings to execution, measurement, and optimization.
Competent in interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
It would be useful if you have:Experience with corporate partnership or loyalty marketing
Familiarity with project management tools such as AirTable.
Willingness to flex into different work assignments across the larger customer engagement marketing team when needed.
