Position Overview
The Senior Engagement Specialist for Partnerships is essential in orchestrating outreach and collaboration initiatives within a specified domain. This role encompasses the responsibility for prompt submission of reports across multiple divisions, leading organization-wide communication efforts, and implementing strategic communication frameworks.
Location: Remote
FLSA Status: Regular, Full-Time
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph

Position Type: On-Site
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate outreach and engagement within a designated functional area.
- Evaluate reports to derive insights regarding programmatic efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Generate and present necessary contractual, departmental, project, and/or financial reports to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to operational and strategic communication plans to enhance the utilization of client programs.
- Organize, schedule, and lead partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from various sectors.
- Create briefings, talking points, and documentation in accordance with the requirements outlined in the strategic partnership plan.
- Utilize the DEIA Maturity Framework and Constituent Relationship Management Tool to assist in identifying, categorizing, documenting, collaborating, and reporting on current and prospective partners.
- Serve as a technical liaison with partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate working group meetings, producing post-meeting reports and summaries of outcomes.
- Employ NarQuest to receive, process, and track requests for specific services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree with 18 years of experience, a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in partnership engagement and outreach is preferred.
- Experience within the Intelligence Community is advantageous.
