Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Senior Vice President of Federal Business Development to drive corporate growth year-over-year.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify and pursue business opportunities within the federal sector.
  • Engage actively throughout the business development lifecycle (identification, qualification, capture, submission) to secure new contracts.
  • Collaborate across various INADEV departments (including Technical Solutions, Marketing, Delivery Operations, and Talent Acquisition) to implement growth strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of solicitation responses, including writing, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Enhance product and service visibility by developing marketing materials.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships by identifying new clients and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Act as an industry authority, promoting INADEV's comprehensive portfolio of products and services to align with client mission objectives.
  • Lead consultative selling efforts to identify and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to pass a 7-year background check.
  • Willingness to work a Hybrid Schedule (2-3 days a week).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field (e.g., marketing, finance, communications) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the Federal Market.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within high-performance teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong focus on quality and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills for daily interactions with technical leaders, business executives, clients, and team members.
