- Prepare and conduct client demonstrations, develop presentation materials, and deliver briefings to prospective clients.

- Lead capture initiatives and drive the complete sales process from inception to closure.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or related fields within outdoor recreation and state contracting.
- Proven track record of generating substantial revenue through partnerships with state government agencies.
- Experience in fostering relationships with state agencies and clients.
- Ability to own the business development lifecycle, establish KPIs, and influence growth trajectories.
- Proficient in gathering requirements and identifying enhancement opportunities based on client feedback.
- Skilled in recognizing avenues for delivering additional value to clients and assessing associated risks.
- Experience in managing projects across various timelines and ensuring successful execution.
- Competence in conducting product demonstrations and assisting clients in evaluating software solutions for park management.
- Ability to craft results-oriented RFPs and contracts that enhance win probabilities.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
