Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate the marketing functions of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate throughout the customer journey, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage content creation and updates for both customer-facing and internal communications, establish budget parameters, participate in events, and support business development through proposal management.
  • Collect and analyze customer and market data to refine outreach strategies, enhance audience engagement, and strengthen key messaging.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, making necessary adjustments for optimization.
  • Present concepts and final outputs to both internal teams and external stakeholders, while keeping senior leadership informed about marketing strategies, programs, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, and team leaders to understand functional requirements and enhance communication elements, including design and delivery.
  • Work in tandem with other team members and stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, website content development, and online advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite for creating high-quality graphics and layouts for both print and digital media.
  • Experience with WordPress platforms, including Divi and Elementor, as well as various plugins.
  • Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving.
  • A metrics-driven mindset with a creative flair.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of Analytics/SEO and relevant plugins.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing the proposal coordination process.
  • Background in working with animations and diverse media formats.
