We are looking for a National Sales Director to join our CP team remotely.

The Petrochemicals division is the starting point of BASF's petrochemical based value chains throughout the regions. The division manufactures and markets a broad portfolio of high-quality basic chemicals and tailored specialties for internal and external customers.

As a National Sales Director you will lead a team of Account Managers for the United States and Canada, to consistently drive and find new business opportunities, to manage existing and build new Sales channels, and to unlock growth also with Sustainable Solutions.   • Leading within the commercial chemical industry with a strategic and analytically sharp mind, an excellent and pro-active communication style.
  • Being a strong negotiator with a proven track record of achievements.
  • Developing lasting relations to your key-customers and developing an in-depth understanding of your customer's needs.
  • Identifying and influencing decision-making authorities. Overseeing price determination and negotiations in alignment with the respective Business Directors.
