About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Mobilelink. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and productivity across our sales regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for sales process improvement and implement changes to drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 8 or more years of senior multi-unit management experience, with a strong background in sales leadership.
  • Experience overseeing 50-80 retail locations within the wireless industry or a similar industry.
  • 5 or more years of experience in the wireless retail or quick service restaurant industry.
  • Strong people development, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
