We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Sales Director to lead and grow our sales team in the Texas region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, including Microsoft and Databricks.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and services team to ensure the sales team focuses on selling key solutions to drive high utilization in our project services business.
  • Manage sales reporting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and completeness in CRM.
  • Conduct quarterly development meetings with direct reports and hold accountability for key relationships and networking activities.
  • Represent Long View Systems at various meetings, presentations, seminars, conferences, and events.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales in the IT industry.
  • Previous sales leadership experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proven success and strong relationships with partners to drive acquisition of net-new business.

  • Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year.
