We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven VP of Global Sales to lead our global sales teams. This role reports directly to the CEO and is critical in driving the company's growth and expanding our customer base worldwide. The VP of Global Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, building and managing a high-performance global sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships in multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across various regions, setting clear goals and providing guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners globally.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop sales plans to penetrate them in multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to provide input on product development and market trends in a global context.
  • Monitor and analyze global sales metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the global sales organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the tech industry, with a global focus.
  • Strong understanding of networking and technology solutions on a global scale.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a global perspective.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding global sales targets with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships on a global scale.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including remote teams.
