About the Opportunity

GPRO are looking for a Director/Senior Manager to join the Partner Systems & Tools team. In this role you will lead a team of project managers that are responsible for supporting automation and enablement on, but not limited to, Oracle Partner Store (OPS). You will work closely with internal teams such as process owners, OAL, PTC, Release Management and other functional groups within Oracle and Oracle's Partners.

You will be responsible for leading projects that enable increased automation that lead to an improved partner experience and improved cycle times for Oracle's Sales processes.

Experience and knowledge of online partner ordering/quoting processes/systems and partner transaction models is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Global Project Managers
  • Manage, lead, and guide a team of experienced project managers, to drive automation on Oracle's Partner Tools
  • Develop and coach team members to improve performance and delivery of projects.
  • Be responsible for leading and motivating team members daily, and act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
  • Conduct Performance evaluation & administrative tasks as needed.
  • Organise and delegate projects to team members
  • Recruit and on-board new project managers when required.
  • Be responsible for the roadmap for short, medium, long term and north star vision to achieve maximum automation.
  • Be the authority adviser to the Process GPO team on defining the system capabilities that support key business objectives and initiatives.
  • Prioritize and submit business requirements to OAL, providing return on investment and justification for priorities.
  • Proactive identification of business needs and how they relate to the End to End Partner transactions flows.
  • Ensure all relevant (internal/external) collaborators are engaged and are aware of project details and any process changes.
  • Quickly adapting plans to accommodate changing requirements and/or priorities.
  • Ensure all system changes/new processes meet the requirements of collaborators, including partners.
  • Ensure all business processes and systems changes meet our compliance, legal & audit requirements.
  • Support testing efforts during User Acceptance Testing.
  • Successful delivery of projects on agreed timelines and milestones.
  • Establish and develop strong and broad professional relationships with other internal and external groups including OAL, Partners, PTC, business practices, GPO, Alliance & Channel.
  • Understand the organizational structure, systems, procedures, and policies.
  • Coordination with the support organization & Dev Ops team for the production issues/escalations.

US: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
