Job Title: Corporate Sales Specialist

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our senior living communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and census targets
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Executive Directors to provide sales and marketing support
  • Lead the development and facilitation of formal sales training initiatives
  • Partner with Directors of Sales and Marketing to develop effective quarterly sales and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with Executive Directors and Regional Operations Teams to ensure sales teams are working effectively across functions
  • Assist the marketing department in meeting all budget and occupancy expectations
  • Conduct phone and direct sales calls to ensure leasing expectations are met or exceeded
  • Manage all move-ins/outs to achieve maximum revenue performance for the community
  • Communicate incoming resident's special needs or requirements to the Director of Resident Services
  • Assist in maintaining an active, meaningful wait list
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to meet performance expectations
  • Manage and maintain a working knowledge of lead tracking and marketing software programs and systems
  • Assist in motivating and rewarding staff to meet or exceed performance expectations
  • Assist in hiring, performance evaluation, and discipline of Sales Marketing associates
  • Maintain an active, working knowledge of current competition and any new entrants
  • Communicate current product information to staff and maintain a positive image of the community
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing preferred; or equivalent sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in senior living communities
  • Proven track record as a successful Director of Sales and Marketing for Harmony Senior Services or similar organization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc.
  • Understands and relates to the needs of seniors and the active aging process
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to review data and develop strategies that support effective sales processes
  • Strong customer service track record with measurable results
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout the region with some overnight stays required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
