Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales staff members and ensure that customer experience and satisfaction remain top priorities.
- Develop sales and customer service strategies to increase dealership revenue.
- Monitor customer service reviews, track sales volumes, and identify areas of improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and devise strategies to capitalize on current market conditions.
- Analyze sales data, provide performance reports, and use the reports for making strategic decisions.
- Motivate and engage sales staff and implement new sales techniques.
- Supervise the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff members.
- Lead daily store operations, such as inventory management and customer follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 5+ years' experience as a sales manager in the Auto industry.
- Proven track record in building successful teams and driving sales.
- In-depth understanding of customer service and sales management systems.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multi-task.
