Job Summary
The Sales Director at Winner Ford Hyundai is a full-time, salaried role responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth at the dealership. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales staff members and ensure that customer experience and satisfaction remain top priorities.
- Develop sales and customer service strategies to increase dealership revenue and market share.
- Monitor customer service reviews, track sales volumes, and identify areas of improvement to optimize sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and devise strategies to capitalize on current market conditions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze sales data, provide performance reports, and use the reports to make strategic decisions that drive business growth.
- Motivate and engage sales staff, implement new sales techniques, and provide coaching and training to improve sales performance.
- Supervise the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Lead daily store operations, including inventory management, customer follow-ups, and sales forecasting to ensure accurate sales projections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
- 5+ years' experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in building successful teams and driving sales growth.
- In-depth understanding of customer service and sales management systems.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and multi-task.
