The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering, AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance and data management. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.

Our team includes the US Consumer Services Cross Platform Delivery team, which is the strategic technology capability responsible for planning and delivering technical products to market at scale, across platforms, delivery teams and external partners.

The Senior Technical Program Manager, will help us to move faster by identifying, driving and owning USCS and EDD Tech strategic initiatives that will accelerate our success. We wake up thinking, "how can we move from good to phenomenal; what systems, processes, tools or technology will drive our efficiency at scale?" We consistently seek to improve and innovate. We lead engineering programs and liaise with partners across the organization.

The successful candidate will play a lead role in the understanding of product strategy and collaborate with their peers, technology teams, product and business stakeholders to translate complex feature requests into successful outputs.

Key responsibilities include:

Be the 'go getter' for USCS and EDD Tech, working with stakeholders across Technology to drive strategic programsLead efforts to progress key initiatives in the USCS and EDD Tech organization's Technology StrategyDevelop deep understanding of all aspects of software designSteers technical program conversations (e.g., relating to architectural approach and system design) and articulates solutions; co-develops and documents solution Collaborate and engage with a diverse set of stakeholders (Technology, Product, Business stakeholders, Privacy, Risk, and others) to spearhead strategic initiativesDevelop multi-year plan and roadmap, with emphasis and urgency on iterative delivery and milestonesImplement roadmaps, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, incorporating lessons learned from the pastMonitor progress against key milestones and risks, and provide regular updates to senior leadershipProvide insight into gaps, issues, risks and opportunities across impacted teams, solving and calling out impediments as neededFacilitates and plans change management and release management activities. Identifies and addresses complex inter-team technical dependencies, bridges gaps in technical management Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams. Experience managing project budgets and reporting. Familiar with both colleague and contractor / vendor resourcing budgetingExcellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technology and product managers. Use technology Competence to provide design alternatives and support team in issue resolution. 5+ Experience using Rally agile delivery management platform is a plus. 5+ Experience with Distributed Systems, Cloud Engineering Collaborates with Engineering teams to drive alignment on architectural approach and technical strategy to execute delivery Communicate scope change, resourcing, and financial implications to senior management in a clear and timely mannerFoster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to support project successIdentify and address any potential operational risks and controls and work with impacted teams for remediation and reportingIdentify opportunities for process improvement and innovation and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectivenessEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsTakes ownership and accountability of the program and is a "self-starter" Maintain positive demeanor and "can do" attitude, all while having fun Qualification Requirements: Consistent track record of working independently and making key decisions on projects. Confirmed ability to lead change in dynamic, ambiguous environment and ability to influence without direct authority among peers and with leaders. Influence team members with innovative changes and improvements by demonstrating risk taking. 7+ years of Software Project Management experience, part of it using Agile methodologies. Ability to effectively interpret Technology and product objectives as well as challenges and support the team in delivering.Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagementNavigating through uncertainty and overcoming obstacles - demonstrate resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environmentExceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to create materials to communicate at senior levels concisely, clearly, and consistentlyAnalytical mindset with the ability to simplify and solve complex problems and make data-driven decisionsProficiency in project management software and tools, with a solid understanding of technology integrationPreferred experience in partner integrations and M&A management Track-record of driving strategic roadmaps – from vision to detailed executionEntrepreneur/Founder mindset in understanding and deciphering the industry-trends Proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully within a matrixed organization. Team player comfortable working collaboratively to resolve challenges in a demanding environment. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience in Software delivery. Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
