About the Role

Talent Hunt Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our cloud-based projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technical programs, ensuring they are executed within defined scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, key milestones, resource allocation, and interdependencies.
  • Continuously monitor and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for their mitigation to minimize potential issues.
  • Take charge of project budgets, seek opportunities to optimize costs, and collaborate with the Finance team to identify avenues for cost savings within large-scale programs.
  • Effectively communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical program management or related roles, with a successful track record of delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and data center technologies, including server virtualization, storage systems, and network architecture.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing data center modernization projects, including infrastructure optimization and migration to cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the navigation of complex technical challenges and the facilitation of effective solutions.
