Candidate Profile:
  • Strong technical foundation with educational qualifications in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, or equivalent professional experience, with a passion for learning new technologies.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management within a dynamic and highly technical setting, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex cross-functional projects in a cloud/SaaS environment.
  • Experience in collaborative work across organizations; strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a history of building and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a preference for working in an innovative atmosphere.
  • A data-driven approach to program management; adept at developing tools (workflows, custom work intake processes, estimation models), collecting and analyzing data, and securing stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority at senior levels both internally and externally.
