Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client services as part of an on-site or remote project team
- Oversee project management activities
- Collaborate with internal and client project teams, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities

- Maintain program sites as a repository for all project-related information
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality and timely deliverables

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven management consulting experience
- Experience with the implementation of AI/GenAI solutions
- Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional partners to consolidate project requirements, priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and status for key stakeholders
- Work alongside Product Owners and engineering teams to implement necessary business solutions
- Define product roadmaps, goals, metrics, methodologies, and tools for measurement
- Build relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and establish clear objectives and timelines
- Review new requirements and assess integration needs for new builds or third-party software
- Identify risks and proactively address them to ensure project continuity
- Manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Develop subject matter expertise, stay informed on technology trends, and identify key partnerships to shape team roadmaps
- Transition from program-level to task-level issues to drive project completion
- Engage with colleagues at all levels, from entry-level analysts to senior executives
- Effectively manage project priorities within broad parameters, operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Maintain ongoing communication regarding team programs to minimize surprises by proactively managing risks
