About the Role:
Come and be part of our growing Field Sales team. As a Regional VP of Enterprise Sales, you'll lead the charge in closing deals and managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Explain and promote the company's vision and products
- Establish a solid revenue pipeline for target accounts
- Provide accurate quarterly business forecasts
- Ensure proper execution of documents and processes
- Recruit and manage a top-notch sales team
- Implement strategies to drive new business
- Collaborate with various teams for successful sales execution
- Foster strong customer relationships and drive value realization
- Forecast revenue to the leadership team
- Close new business in enterprise accounts
Your Qualifications:
- Expertise in Open Source and SaaS
- Over 10 years of successful Enterprise Sales experience
- Proficient in Cloud and Infrastructure software
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Leadership experience in sales team management
- Skilled in creating new demand and acquiring new customers
- Strong ability to close complex sales deals
- Experience working with executive-level partners and customers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable with consultative sales methodologies
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently meets or exceeds goals
The salary for this role is $187,500, excluding bonuses and commissions. The base salary varies based on role, level, and location. Redpanda caters to individual candidate skills, experience, and location for determining the base salary.
