About the Role:

Come and be part of our growing Field Sales team. As a Regional VP of Enterprise Sales, you'll lead the charge in closing deals and managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Explain and promote the company's vision and products
  • Establish a solid revenue pipeline for target accounts
  • Provide accurate quarterly business forecasts
  • Ensure proper execution of documents and processes
  • Recruit and manage a top-notch sales team
  • Implement strategies to drive new business
  • Collaborate with various teams for successful sales execution
  • Foster strong customer relationships and drive value realization
  • Forecast revenue to the leadership team
  • Close new business in enterprise accounts

Your Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Open Source and SaaS
  • Over 10 years of successful Enterprise Sales experience
  • Proficient in Cloud and Infrastructure software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Leadership experience in sales team management
  • Skilled in creating new demand and acquiring new customers
  • Strong ability to close complex sales deals
  • Experience working with executive-level partners and customers
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable with consultative sales methodologies
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistently meets or exceeds goals

The salary for this role is $187,500, excluding bonuses and commissions. The base salary varies based on role, level, and location. Redpanda caters to individual candidate skills, experience, and location for determining the base salary.
