The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for leading the sales strategy and team in a cluster of states within Jägermeister's US sales region. The RD works closely with the Regional Vice President to drive growth for Jägermeister & Teremana in both on- and off-premise locations, as well as chains. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with Distributor counterparts, developing sales plans, and leading a team of sales employees.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partnership with Distributors on brand growth strategy
  • Negotiations and planning with Distributor partners
  • Ensuring Distributors are up-to-date on Jägermeister information
  • Developing sales plans for key markets
  • Educating Distributors on brand history and products
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team
  • Managing budgets and analyzing ROI
  • Ensuring effective use of sales tools
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Sales/Marketing experience
  • Distributor relationship and account management experience
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to formulate and execute strategies
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of industry laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • College degree
