The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for leading the sales strategy and team in a cluster of states within Jägermeister's US sales region. The RD works closely with the Regional Vice President to drive growth for Jägermeister & Teremana in both on- and off-premise locations, as well as chains. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with Distributor counterparts, developing sales plans, and leading a team of sales employees.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:- Partnership with Distributors on brand growth strategy
- Negotiations and planning with Distributor partners
- Ensuring Distributors are up-to-date on Jägermeister information
- Developing sales plans for key markets
- Educating Distributors on brand history and products
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team
- Managing budgets and analyzing ROI
- Ensuring effective use of sales tools
- 10+ years of Sales/Marketing experience
- Distributor relationship and account management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Ability to formulate and execute strategies
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of industry laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- College degree
