EcoSense is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the Southwest region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase sales performance.
- Participate in business development activities, such as trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively communicate value to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
