Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Minimum of ten years of accounting and senior management level experience at a credit union and/or other related institution.

2. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.

3. CPA, CFA or equivalent Professional Certification.

4. Has managerial responsibility for one or more major segments of the organization, with responsibility for working closely with top management to establish broad plans that contribute to development and implementation of policies that affect several functional areas.

5. Must have excellent working knowledge of accounting, finance, investments, and overall credit union operations.

6. The ability to motivate, lead and influence teams with a significant level of diplomacy, trust and integrity.

7. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, planning and decision-making capabilities with the ability to effectively engage people at various levels.
