Client Relations Specialist

Position Overview
Enterprise Mobility, encompassing the renowned brands of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo, is recognized as a leading employer in the automotive rental and leasing sector. We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is friendly, efficient, and professional. The CXR will facilitate the rental process by accurately verifying and documenting necessary driver information, ensuring a seamless rental and return experience.
The compensation for this role begins at $17.60 per hour plus bonuses.

Work Schedule:
- Sunday: 9am-7pm
- Monday: 9am-7pm
- Tuesday: 10am-7pm
- Wednesday: 10am-7pm
- Thursday: 10am-7pm
- Friday: OFF
- Saturday: OFF
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and available services, including optional protection products and upgrades
- Provide additional assistance by offering local area information, directions, and service details
- Handle incoming calls for reservations, inquiries, and customer support
- Conduct follow-up calls for customer management and other assigned tasks
- Assess the condition of vehicles upon return
- Report any customer-related issues to management
- Notify management of vehicle maintenance needs
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail or guest services
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
