Description of the Role

The Remarkable Regional Sales Manager will assume a pivotal leadership position overseeing and supervising the franchise sales process within an assigned area. This responsibility entails conducting virtual meetings and traveling to engage with potential franchisees for both new and resale franchises by following a structured, step-by-step sales approach. The Remarkable Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the Regional Vice President (RVP) within their designated region.
  • Conveying the franchise brand offerings through marketing resources, virtual gatherings, and on-site meetings (such as store tours)
  • Referring franchise prospects to the corporate office for virtual and physical Discovery Day tours in coordination with the RVP.
  • Identifying suitable franchise store rental locations.
  • Nurturing relationships with existing franchisees within the designated region.
  • Assuming a leadership role in fostering franchise expansion, affiliations, and partnerships.
  • Marketing new and resale franchises to potential buyers on a daily basis.
  • Frequently traveling to meet with potential franchisees.
  • Attending franchise exhibitions nationwide and occasionally internationally to represent the company and promote the brands.
  • Collaborating with business brokers and consultants.
  • Designing, supervising, or orchestrating the sales process with the franchisee.
  • Assessing sales data collected by the team to determine sales potential and inventory needs while monitoring the preferences of prospects and franchisees.
  • Coordinating with the Chief Development Officer and Brand Presidents.
Candidate Requirements
  • Either a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university; an Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; between one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in interpreting documents, drafting reports, and addressing groups of customers or company employees.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, online video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Active Automobile Insurance
  • Credit card with sufficient credit to cover reimbursable business travel expenses
  • Substantial background in the related industry and specific operational methods
  • Previous experience in sales and business operations
  • Availability to travel approximately 50-75% of the time, with reliable transportation.
