About the Role:

Join our dynamic Ferrero team as the eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager and be part of an exciting transformation in the digital space If you're passionate about creating irresistible online experiences, this is your chance to work with our innovative eCommerce team. You'll collaborate with top-notch professionals across Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and more to craft best-in-class retail media strategies that drive results. The eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager will support the Director of Omnichannel Shopper Exprience on Retailer Search & Digital.

This role is hybrid and based in our HQ in Parsippany, NJ

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with agencies to build search plans for Everyday and Seasonal campaigns on (Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Target, Instacart etc.) to drive incrementality
    • Ensure Brand priorities and Sales priorities are aligned before briefing agencies
    • Educate agencies on brand objectives and customer priorities to stay aligned with internal goals
  • Ensure Retail Media Digital plans are in-sync with in-store executions
  • Build executional strategy to drive Sales volume and support Sales teams with initial plans for sell-in
  • Build a Test & Learn program and repository of best practices to establish a gold standard of Retail Digital marketing execution within Ferrero
  • Serve as an internal Retail Digital marketing expert to champion and advocate the importance of eComm via continued education and knowledge sharing
  • Monitor and analyze competitor/external activities on digital-centric initiatives (innovation/communication) identifying best practices
  • Build a strong partnership with Brand teams to keep them aware of upcoming campaign launches, ongoing performance and performance results
  • Incorporate Global office guidelines into executions to remain consistent with other markets and Ferrero standards

Who we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of eCommerce digital marketing experience
  • Must have experience with launching and optimizing Search campaigns on (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart etc.)
  • Knowledge of Shopper Marketing/In-store marketing a plus
  • CPG industry experience a plus
  • Must have team-management experience or agency-management experience to be successful in this role
  • A strong performance driver with performance marketing mindset to maximize efficiency using innovative approaches
  • Strong story-telling ability to make recommendations and steer decision making via education/knowledge sharing
  • Passion for Digital Marketing and eCommerce
