Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive media planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns for the designated brand portfolio.
- Craft a strategic vision and digital framework for an enterprise-wide digital technology portfolio, with a particular emphasis on the digital strategy for multiple vitamins and minerals brands.
- Drive initiatives in Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence and Next-Gen Personalization to support the digital strategy.
- Determine the activation of integrated technologies in key markets.
- Oversee data collection strategies and data management practices.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies and analyses to enhance the effectiveness of marketing channels.
- Establish a digital technology ecosystem and practices for robust measurement of acquisition funnel metrics and campaign performance.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, coupled with 5 years of experience in consumer technology platforms. This experience should encompass Web Technologies, CRM strategy, Ad Technology, and digital skills such as SEM, SEO, and CRM, along with familiarity in eCommerce platforms, digital acquisition, and performance marketing.
Skills for Success
Key skills include Consumer Insights, Analytical Thinking, Brand Strategy, Category Strategy, Presentation Skills, Innovation Drive, New Product Development, Storytelling, Creativity, Marketing Optimization, Digital Marketing, Commercial Acumen, Collaboration, P&L Management, and experience in FMCG/Consumer Health and Brand Management.
