The Role

We're seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our fully remote team. This role involves supporting our product marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with Pipe's innovative financing solutions. You will work directly under the Head of Marketing and closely with the Product and Sales teams to craft and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences and support Pipe as a leader in embedded financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify target customer personas and understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product and partner launches as well as feature updates.
  • Collaborating with the Go-To-Market and Product teams to ensure a deep understanding of Pipe's offerings and crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Partnering with marketing teams of strategic partners to co-create and execute campaigns that effectively reach and resonate with their customers, driving mutual growth and product adoption.
  • Coordinating closely with partners to ensure marketing strategies are synergistic, amplifying Pipe's reach and impact within partner ecosystems and their customer base.
  • Managing the creation of top-tier product marketing materials, from website content and sales enablement tools to case studies and promotional videos, ensuring Pipe's value proposition is communicated effectively and persuasively.
  • Analyzing campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities, and delivering insights and recommendations to the GTM team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience, ideally with experience in the FinTech space.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Experience in working closely with partner companies' marketing teams to co-create marketing campaigns, ensuring that messaging is synergistic and effectively targets the combined customer base.
  • Technical Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to understand the technical nuances of our product, ensuring marketing strategies align with product capabilities and integration requirements.
  • Embedded Solution Marketing is a plus: Proven ability in solution-based marketing, particularly in embedding and promoting our product within other products or platforms. This includes developing strategies that leverage the partner's user base to increase awareness and adoption of our solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are required for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our and our partners' audiences and for fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
