You will be instrumental in charting our path forward as we grow from early product market fit to established leader in the space. With a ten year track record serving the largest class A office owners in North America, Cortex is a proven solution to turn ESG ambitions into improved NOI and reduced operating costs. Last year we helped our clients save over 23,000 tons of CO2, which is the equivalent of taking over 13,000 cars off the road. Unlike our competitors, we require no new sensors, and no equipment upgrades. On average we see an 11% reduction in CO2 emissions for our clients. We are serving clients in 10 markets, including Canada, and serve some of the biggest brands in the market, including Empire State Realty Trust and Silverstein Properties.

  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria including owning ongoing, well-researched competitive analysis of the building analytics, energy software and real estate tech landscape
  • Support sales pipeline build with credibility and well-researched perspectives on the market trends and developments that come to life in thought leadership content and sales enablement tools
