We are a fast-growing SaaS company based in the United States. We are changing the way the world buys enterprise software. We do this by providing intelligent demo automation software that helps you scale Presales. How does this work?
We believe buying enterprise software should be simple, pleasant, and fast instead of complex, painful, and slow (which is how it is today). Buyers now want instant access to presales (sales engineering) resources throughout the buying experience but they find it harder and harder to get what they need. Using Consensus, a sales engineering team builds a library of reusable interactive video demos that Sales sends out on-demand. Consensus automatically personalizes the experience and tracks engagement as the prospect shares the demo with other stakeholders in the buying group, bringing the entire buying group to live demos better educated and ready to talk specifics.
This not only reduces unqualified demos to near zero and can double the presales team's productivity, it also removes the "demo lag time" for prospects and shortens the sales cycle by as much as 68%.

About the Role:
We're looking for a world-class Senior Product Marketing Manager to build on Consensus' leadership position in the demo automation space through our next chapter of growth. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the business and the broader Marketing team to craft compelling narratives about how Consensus customers accelerate sales cycles and close more deals by leveraging buyer insights. With a robust launch strategy and ambitious goals to expand our ICPs to sales and marketing leaders, we're looking for a strategic, customer-centric PMM to successfully bring new products to market, drive expansion opportunities and partner with our CS team to enable customer success and retention at scale. You'll partner closely with the Product team to understand customer needs, deliver value, and drive adoption from launch day and beyond. You'll become a product expert, storyteller, and a key connector between our internal teams, our customers, and the market to help even more teams deliver exceptional impact at Consensus..
What You'll Do:
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new feature launches and partner with Product and GTM teams to drive usage, adoption and value
- Create content and campaigns that help customers be successful including written guides, demo videos, webinars, customer stories, and more
- Leverage customer research, product usage analysis, and market feedback from customer-facing teams to understand product use cases and communicate them to customers
- Be a strategic partner to our Product team throughout the product development lifecycle by providing customer and market insights and collaborating on GTM launch plans
- Enable our GTM teams to convey Consensus' value, drive product adoption, and uncover expansion opportunities through internal training materials and customer-facing collateral
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to tell the Consensus story, strengthen our differentiation in the market, and highlight our customers' success across our website, blog, social, and other external channels
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of overall work experience, ideally with 3 years experience in product marketing
- A strategic collaborator with Product teams with a passion for the customer — uncover customer needs, craft compelling narratives, and enable customers to find success
- A skilled writer, communicator and presenter who can make complex concepts accessible to a variety of stakeholders including partners, customers and executive leaders
- A fast moving, creative, self-starter who executes with high quality
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for driving measurable impact by setting targets and measuring performance
- You are known as a strong partner and collaborator and you like to have fun (a good sense of humor is a must)
