Summary:


This is a new role at PayPal, and as a program management leader you will establish your vision, define the playbook and operating model, work closely in refining the roadmap and drive fast-paced experimental execution culture.

We are looking for someone with passion to delight customers, who is obsessed about data, training loops and driving product roadmaps from data insights.

This person has sharp problem-solving skills, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Has successfully launched and scaled AI products defining login experiences, data training strategy and understands best practices in data modeling and AI Products.

We are on a mission to revolutionize commerce globally by connecting consumers and merchants with personalized shopping experiences and we are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter Lead Program Manager to join the Checkout Operations team to help achieve this mission.

This role will help shape the next generation of experiences at PayPal impacting over 400
million consumers and 30

million merchants around the world by creating AI/ML foundations and capabilities that deliver a delightful and personalized shopping and checkout experience.

Your Day to Day:


Enable the next generation of AI driven experiences at PayPal working across our product management, data platform teams and operating as a key driver of our AI business strategyCollaborating cross functionally in defining the personalization opportunities across the consumer journey, and define best in class personalization experiences for PayPal consumers globally.

Evangelize, Communicate and Influence, by driving alignment on vision, roadmap, investment needs, risks and opportunities with large cross functional teams, leaders, including C-level executives.

Develop operating playbook so our products, models, and teams are constantly learning and developing and evangelize a strong point of view on how to improve KPIs.

Execute with excellence in a cross-functional setting, building strong relationships with key stakeholders (data engineers, software engineers, product analytics, merchant tech and other business teams).

Monitor health of program.
Track program-level status, risks, issues and dependencies.
Proactively address delivery team impediments.
Resolve program-level roadblocks to enable successful program execution.
Manage program-level communications ensuring stakeholders are informed of roadmap changes, release plans and delivery status.
Lead program-level reviews with delivery teams, stakeholders and executive management as required.
Drive the integration and adoption of agile delivery practices across delivery teams.
Facilitate program retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities.
Evangelize and integrate desired changes in order to enable continuous improvementDeliver results.
Own business outcomes and be responsible for hitting experience and revenue targets.

What You need to Bring:
MBA or Masters in STEM fields10

years of experience in Program Management, with demonstrated success in launching and scaling multiple 0-1 productsHighly skilled problem solving and technical skills.

Demonstrate a tech savvy approach and loves to stay on top of industry trends.
Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening).

Self-Starter which doesn't hesitate to proactively approach in order to learn fastSkilled at working with cross functional groups and matrix organizations in multiple geographies to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in areas like e-commerce, checkout, payments and/or risk domain - a plusA 'can do' spirit combined with high energy and positive attitude.
