- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify defined work challenges and program objectives, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
- Prioritize program objectives, interpret and translate stakeholder needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal guidance, and contribute to decisions regarding prioritization.
- Define project scopes and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
- Review key metrics related to a program, monitor potential deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
- Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals.
