Your Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical program management or product management.
  • Proven expertise in orchestrating and executing complex initiatives, such as multi-team product launches and platform migrations.
  • A track record of thriving in ambiguous situations, guiding programs from concept to execution.
  • The ability to distill complexity, utilizing metrics and end-user feedback for effective communication.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, adept at managing conflicting priorities.
  • Experience in creating high-quality, user-friendly internal documentation, particularly in Notion.
  • Proficiency in setting up and maintaining automated project dashboards and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following would be advantageous:
  • A proactive attitude, self-motivation, and curiosity, with a passion for uniting teams and achieving outstanding results in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Familiarity with modern web technology stacks (AWS, Sinatra, React) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and/or mobile development is beneficial but not essential.
Annual Base Salary Range:
$149,000—$317,000 USD
