The Role

The Candidate Experience Business Partner will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, they will contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering efficient and effective recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned requisitions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. 2.
Sourcing And Networking
Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.). Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 3.
Candidate Assessment
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers and teams. 4.
Employer Branding
Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization's employer brand. Showcase a positive and compelling representation of the company to candidates. 5.
Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates. 6.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate regular reports and metrics to assess recruitment performance. 7.
Collaboration
Work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals. Build strong relationships with internal clients and external partners. 8.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. 9.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including some senior and hard to fill roles.
Sourcing and Screening: Solid experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and evaluating potential candidates.
Interviewing: Conducting effective interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Negotiation: Experience in negotiating job offers and managing candidate expectations.
Knowledge of Employment Laws: Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations affecting hiring processes.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in collaborating with hiring managers, executives, and other stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
