Overview

Sun Life is seeking a highly skilled Client Partner Consultant to join our team. As a Client Partner Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and reactive support to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including communicating effectively and providing regular updates on project status.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and implement process improvements to enhance the client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
