Job Summary

The Regional Business Development Manager - Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the region.
  • Developing and implementing effective business strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Preparing regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Business Development experience.
  • Multi-regional and national sales experience a plus.
  • 5+ years of Sales experience, with a focus on both regional and national markets.
  • 5+ years of Client Relations experience, managing relationships at both regional and national levels.
  • 5+ years of Strategic Partnerships experience, including collaboration with partners on both regional and national scales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
