Key Responsibilities:

The area eldercare consultant is tasked with driving new business to enhance occupancy rates at assigned facilities. This involves:
  • Assessing the sales requirements of each facility to achieve full occupancy.
  • Regularly evaluating unoccupied units and collaborating with management.
  • Engaging in prospect management activities, including initial meetings with potential clients and understanding their needs.
  • Maintaining key referral relationships through consistent communication.
Essential Duties:

To succeed in this role, adherence to the following responsibilities is essential:
  • Analyze facility sales needs and determine lead generation requirements.
  • Monitor the sales cycle and manage leads effectively.
  • Document and report sales activities to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients to secure admissions.
Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office setting or remote environment, utilizing standard office equipment. Travel is required for client meetings.

Physical Requirements:

Regular communication and mobility are essential. Employees must meet the physical demands as outlined in facility policies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 18 years of age and a high school diploma.
  • Experience in elder care or residential services is preferred.
  • A background in sales and marketing, particularly in senior living, is advantageous.
