The area eldercare consultant is tasked with driving new business to enhance occupancy rates at assigned facilities. This involves:
- Assessing the sales requirements of each facility to achieve full occupancy.
- Regularly evaluating unoccupied units and collaborating with management.
- Engaging in prospect management activities, including initial meetings with potential clients and understanding their needs.
- Maintaining key referral relationships through consistent communication.
To succeed in this role, adherence to the following responsibilities is essential:
- Analyze facility sales needs and determine lead generation requirements.
- Monitor the sales cycle and manage leads effectively.
- Document and report sales activities to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects.
- Develop relationships with potential clients to secure admissions.
This position operates in a professional office setting or remote environment, utilizing standard office equipment. Travel is required for client meetings.
Physical Requirements:

Qualifications:
