Job Brief
The Enterprise Account Executive for the USA is responsible for acquiring new customers, reporting directly to the VP Sales. The role will be based in the US and will work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on driving new business acquisition across the USA.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets according to the sales plan
Prospect, generate and qualify new opportunities and build a healthy pipeline within an assigned territory from a mix of inbound and self-generated leads (~30% inbound/~70% outbound)
Own the entire sales process from end to end (from prospecting to qualifying to negotiating and closing)
Articulate the company's product/service and benefits to potential clients through virtual presentations, video calls, and onsite meetings
Own and be on top of the day to day running of your territory by accurately forecasting, excellent admin hygiene and have a clear strategic plan.
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Examples being; participate in feedback sessions with R&D and articulate market feedback to leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B in the SaaS sector. Real estate, construction, industrial experience would be advantageous.
Proven track record of consistently over-achieving sales goals
Experience in solution selling, ideally using known sales methodologies
Ability to understand new products and technology with the ability to articulate value
Excellent written and verbal communication skills exhibited with internal and external clients
Motivated, driven and results oriented
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce) a must
