About the Team
This role focuses on developing solutions for products and features within the Seller Outreach team. The individual will collaborate with various stakeholders across the e-commerce sector, including business, policy, product, and marketing teams, to create a comprehensive product strategy and design. The aim is to execute the product roadmap effectively, delivering innovative solutions for both internal and external users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative market research to identify seller requirements and challenges associated with our seller platform.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, such as Product Management, Design, Data Science, and Engineering, to define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Assess product requirements based on return on investment and impact evaluations.
  • Engage in the product development lifecycle, reviewing various deliverables to ensure quality, and lead user acceptance testing to guarantee product excellence and optimal user experience prior to launch.
  • Plan and implement go-to-market strategies, including product documentation, training for internal stakeholders, activation plans for target audiences, and operational support resources.
  • Oversee the educational content for the seller platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams, enhancing the quality of the content.
  • Track key performance indicators for the product, perform gap analyses, and initiate product enhancement strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing and strategy within the internet sector.
- Experience in e-commerce, B2B, and management of business education content is advantageous.
- Proven ability to influence product development and strategy through quantitative and qualitative market insights.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, adept at navigating global organizational structures and aligning goals with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proactive approach, comfortable with setting ambitious objectives, evaluating current conditions, planning actionable steps, executing rapid iterations, and continuously improving.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A genuine enthusiasm for content and shopping.
- A Master's degree in relevant fields (such as Computer Science or MBA) is preferred.
