What you can expect

Zoom is looking for Commercial Vast (Value Added Sales Team) Account Executives specializing in Healthcare to sell our Zoom One Platform. Our Commercial VAST AEs engage with existing customers to expand their account to the entire Zoom platform. The Healthcare Commercial sales team focuses on working with growing organizations within a defined geographic territory.

The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. The team passionately engages with clients, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for Healthcare customers. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with our existing customers to realize the value of their investments
  • Following up and closing on various sources of inbound leads to upsell and leverage business from established customer relationships
  • Managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs, engaging technical resources
  • Hunt, develop and maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations and large projects
  • Upselling and leveraging business from established customer relationships
  • Creating, delivering, and managing client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Engaging with C-Level and VP -Level Executives
  • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
  • Keeping informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities

What we're looking for

  • Experience (4+ yrs) in a sales/sales support role
  • Experience Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Forecasting, pipeline development and management skills

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$105,800.00

Maximum:

$211,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
