Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management: Efficiently oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, addressing their inquiries and delivering effective solutions.
Policy Analysis: Examine and assess insurance policies to ensure they align with client needs and regulatory standards.
Policy Renewals: Facilitate the renewal and modification of policies for clients, ensuring they are informed of any changes and available options.
Claims Assistance: Support clients in the submission and processing of insurance claims, guiding them through the necessary steps.
Client Engagement: Maintain transparent and prompt communication with clients, addressing their questions in a professional manner.
Performance Reporting: Compile and present regular reports on client accounts, emphasizing key performance indicators and areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
Licensure: An active Property and Casualty license is essential.
Experience: Prior experience in commercial insurance account management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and team members.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing insurance documentation and client information.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle a substantial workload.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs and provide effective solutions.
Team Collaboration: A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude, eager to work with others to achieve shared objectives. Familiarity with AMS 360 and other Vertafore systems is advantageous.
