The Human Resources Coordinator provides first line support to employees and leaders in the applicable insurance entity. Provides timely and accurate assistance with HR related inquiries regarding HR policies and programs and provides Workday support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide human resources support to leaders and employees within the insurance entity by assisting with HR inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist managers and employees with questions around payroll, benefits, compensation, time off and leaves of absence and other areas.
  • Escalate matters to HRBP's or TIH HR Centers of Excellence when necessary.
  • Support the HRBP team by assisting with inquires, Workday changes, reporting, and projects.
  • Pull and compile HR & Workday reporting.
  • Assist leaders and employees with Workday questions on making employee changes, navigating Workday and general Workday support.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience using principles, practices, and/or methodologies associated with the Human Resources discipline.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry
  • Experience using Workday

  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's HR policies and programs, organizational structure, jobs,
  • Possess advanced proficiency and demonstrate the ability to develop reports and presentations leveraging advanced Word, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, charts and graphs)

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH:
