Role Summary

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Human Resources Executive. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic insight and a successful history in HR leadership, particularly in sales-oriented and corporate settings. In this role, you will collaborate with senior management to formulate, develop, and execute impactful people strategies that align with business objectives and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to define and implement the organization's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
  • Engage with HR specialists and other relevant departments to devise solutions that fulfill organizational needs.
  • Work alongside senior management to create HR strategies that support business goals while managing associated risks.
  • Champion People Development initiatives, fostering a culture that promotes career advancement and maximizes individual potential.
  • Develop retention strategies to maintain top talent, minimize turnover, and ensure succession planning for critical roles.
  • Implement engagement strategies that prioritize diversity and inclusion.
  • Enhance labor productivity while mitigating operational risks.
  • Innovate HR practices with fresh perspectives to evolve our approach to people management.
  • Provide consultative support in organizational development and performance management to boost productivity and streamline processes.
  • Utilize meaningful analytics to drive business outcomes and leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Align HR policies and practices with the company’s strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SPHR/PHR or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of HR experience, including 2-3 years in a multi-state, multi-unit environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in team management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams and/or corporate functions in a dynamic setting.
  • Operations experience, with familiarity in both union and non-union environments, is advantageous.
  • Experience in at least two HR functional areas (e.g., Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation) is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and resolve issues from both a broad and detailed perspective.
