Role Summary

As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing support to both field and corporate teams, focusing on associate relations, recruitment, training, and promoting diversity initiatives. You will serve as a resource for policies and procedures in these key areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and lead management training sessions on critical topics such as terminations, harassment prevention, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and offer guidance to management on resolving associate relations challenges.
  • Manage exit interviews to gain insights into employee turnover.
  • Propose strategies to minimize absenteeism and enhance retention rates.
  • Represent the organization in personnel-related hearings and investigations as necessary.
  • Assist in interpreting internal customer surveys and feedback regarding associate satisfaction.
  • Participate in operational meetings to elevate HR visibility and support account-specific HR initiatives.
  • Lead training on interviewing, selection, and hiring best practices.
  • Collaborate with managers to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide resources and tools to management for community engagement and recruitment outreach.
  • Support critical markets by delivering direct HR assistance.
  • Identify and address pressing HR needs within the organization.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and management training sessions.
  • Conduct HR assessments to evaluate organizational needs.
  • Prepare and present HR topics at Field Operations Workshops focused on training and development.
  • Regularly conduct training on various HR-related subjects.
  • Contribute to Preferred Employer objectives and the overall HR business strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience in multi-unit HR generalist roles with a focus on associate relations.
  • Experience in high-contact customer environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret scientific and technical materials.
  • Ability to address inquiries from customers and regulatory bodies effectively.
  • Proficient in mathematical concepts relevant to HR analytics.
  • Capable of identifying problems, gathering data, and drawing informed conclusions.
  • SPHR/PHR certification is preferred.
