Job Summary:
As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various HR functions to align with strategic and operational objectives. Your expertise in employee relations and analytical skills will be essential in supporting HR initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR data collection and processing, including role setup and onboarding for new associates.
  • Develop comprehensive onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Conduct follow-up sessions with new employees to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Assist in organizing onsite recruitment events.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to enhance retention rates beyond the first year.
  • Gather and analyze data for biweekly diversity and inclusion updates.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with I-9 reporting and ACA measurement processes.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Develop and maintain the Canteen HR Scorecard/Dashboard.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in human resources and employee management.
  • Hands-on HR experience in a large, multi-unit organization is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced skills are a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
