Account Executive - Inside Sales

Responsibilities

As our Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront, introducing our cutting-edge Digital Services technology solutions to potential clients. Your mission? To expand our customer base, drive revenue, and cement Equinix as the go-to leader in the industry

  • Hunt and Gather: Identify and target potential clients through savvy research, strategic networking, and lead generation activities
  • Showcase Power: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demos, illuminating the incredible features and benefits of our technology solutions
  • Build Bridges: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs inside-out to deliver tailor-made solutions
  • Seal the Deal: Negotiate and close sales deals with finesse, smashing through assigned sales targets like a pro
  • Team Dynamo: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless sales process and an unforgettable customer experience
  • Stay Sharp: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activities, always on the lookout for fresh sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • Master Communicator: Your verbal and written skills are top-notch, backed by a knack for active listening and captivating presentations
  • Time Whisperer: Juggling multiple tasks? No problem. You're a master multitasker who knows how to prioritize and manage time like a boss
  • Sales Samurai: Armed as an enterprise experienced business development warrior with 2-3 years' experience CLOSING transactions as well as bare metal or storage experience, you've got a stellar track record crushing sales quotas, preferably in the tech sales realm, as well as experience selling into the DevOps, Fin Ops, Platform Engineering Space
  • Tech Trailblazer: You're not just interested in technology – you're obsessed. You stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, digital solutions, and customer innovation initiatives, constantly sharpening your technical acumen
  • Organizational Maestro: Your organizational, time management, and project management skills are second to none
  • Team Player: Whether flying solo or collaborating in a virtual team environment, you excel at coordinating complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders
